About 'califonia universities'|PROJECT MATT is 100% Commissioned!








               The               quality               of               university               education               in               this               country               has               been               compromised               by               politicized               courses               and               radical               faculty.

Such               was               the               conclusion               of               a               study               released               today               by               the               National               Association               of               Scholars               (NAS).
               The               NAS               report               warned               of               a               "crisis               of               competence"               in               higher               education.

Findings               focused               on               the               "corrupting               effect               of               political               activism               in               the               University               of               California               (UC)."               What               many               have               suspected               in               silence               has               now               been               said               out               loud.
               The               study               was               conducted               and               the               report               prepared               by               the               California               Association               of               Scholars               (CAS),               a               division               of               the               national               organization.

The               two-year               study               found               four               prominent               factors:
               A               sharp               increase               in               faculty               members               who               self-identify               as               radicals.

Curricula               that               promote               political               activism,               in               violation               of               UC               regulations.

Departments               that               erase               the               study               of               Western               tradition.

Suppression               of               free               speech.

As               a               result,               CAS               president,               John               Ellis,               cited               the               degradation               of               quality               in               a               UC               education               as               engendered               by               political               activism.

He               lamented               that               open-minded               inquiry               has               been               replaced               by               dogmatism,               thus               creating               disadvantage               to               students.

He               noted               the               erosion               of               public               confidence               in               the               University.
               The               nation's               university               students               anecdotally               yet               quietly               report               their               personal               experiences               with               left-of-center               academicians.

"I               can't               get               an               A               in               the               course               unless               I               give               the               professor               what               he               wants               to               hear,"               said               a               student               in               my               presence               who               asked               not               to               be               named               "I               can't               write               my               reports               with               any               opposing               political               views."
               The               CAS               report               quoted               a               student               enduring               a               full               professorial               affront               on               capitalism               in               a               U.S.

history               course.

"He               focused               excessively               on               negative               aspects               of               American               history               to               portray               a               country               of               lies               and               contradictions,               while               applauding               Socialists               and               Anarchists….He               seemed               to               be               more               interested               in               creating               Leftist               activists               than               making               sure               students               had               an               accurate               grasp               of               U.S.

History."               The               student               went               on               to               say               that               the               instructor               "politicized               every               aspect               of               the               course,"               making               "demonic               human               beings               out               of               those               who               did               not               share               his               political               views."               The               student               reported               the               instructor's               insistence               that               those               not               supporting               affirmative               action               were               racists.
               It               is               no               wonder               that               the               nation               sinks               in               a               sea               of               far-left               ideologies               when               this               is               what               our               kinds               are               taught               in               the               schools.

The               ideals               that               made               our               country               great               --               capitalism,               business,               and               a               free-market               economy               for               growth               --               have               no               place               in               higher               education               these               days.

Our               colleges               and               universities               crank               out               political               activists               and               socialists.
               We               are               what               we               are.

This               is               what               we               have               become.
